Eating is more than providing fuel for the body.
If that were the case, at times it would be better to eat nothing.
Sometimes more than one full meal day can be too much.
But eating is also a pleasure and if we can match the pleasure to the quality of the food then nothing is lost and much gained.
Not too much clutter and choice, fresh, top quality ingredients.
Pizza - there is only one pizza: mozzarella, tomato, parmesan, a hint of chilli pepper, all prime ingredients.
